Discussing a typical day and schedules
Discutir sobre las acciones que hacemos en un día típico es muy importante a la hora de comunicarnos, por eso en esta lección te mostraremos otro uso del presente simple, así es, el presente simple también nos sirve para hablar de estos temas.
Recuerda que el presente simple se forma con la forma base del verbo, excepto si estamos hablando la tercera persona en singular (He, She, It), en este caso debemos agregar -s , -es al final del verbo, según corresponda.
Express daily activities
Cuando queremos expresar nuestras actividades diarias podemos usar las siguientes frases:

| 🔊 | She wakes up at 8 AM | Ella se levanta a las 8 AM |
Lee el siguiente ejemplo donde alguien nos cuenta su rutina diaria, trata de identificar la acciones más importantes (levantarse, cepillarse los dientes, desayunar, etc).
My Daily Routine:
I wake up at 7:00 in the morning and get out of bed. Then, I brush my teeth and wash my face. After that, I have breakfast, usually cereal with milk and a cup of coffee. Then, I get dressed and leave for work. I take the bus to the office and arrive around 9:00. I work until 5:00 in the evening, and then I head back home. In the evening, I relax, watch some TV, and have dinner. Finally, I go to bed at around 11:00 p.m. and get ready for another day.

Recuerda que existe una sutil diferencia entre "in the evening" y "at night", el primero se utiliza para hacer referencia a ese periodo del día después de la tarde y comenzando la noche, el segundo lo utilizamos cuando es completamente de noche.
