Discussing general truths and scientific facts
Cuando discutimos sobre verdades generales y hechos científicos, utilizamos el presente simple en inglés. Esta estructura verbal nos permite expresar ideas que son válidas en general, no solo en un momento específico. Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos:
Affirmative sentence

En estas oraciones, utilizamos el presente simple para expresar hechos que son universalmente verdaderos y no están limitados a un tiempo específico. Es importante recordar que en el presente simple, añadimos la tercera persona del singular "-s" en la mayoría de los verbos, excepto en los que terminan en "-s", "-x", "-z", "-ch" o "-sh".
